Christa (Owner of element)

Christa has owned element since 2006 and has worked with AVEDA since 2002. Prior to beginning her career, Christa was an art major at The Ohio State University. While working with AVEDA, she has participated in the AVEDA Color Coach Program for three years and has had continuing education classes through the Advanced Academy class in Toronto, Canada. Christa's passion is performing cut and color transformations.

Pam

Pam graduated from the AVEDA Institute, Columbus in 2005. She began working for AVEDA Concept Salons immediately following graduation where she has been for the past four years. She has maintained continuing education in advanced cutting and coloring techniques through AVEDA Purefessionals. Pam enjoys building trusting relationships with clients by creating beautiful hair.

Phuong

Phuong graduated from La' James College of Hair Design in Iowa City, IA in 2003. She started working for AVEDA Concept Salons in September 2003. Phuong has also participated in continuing educational training at AVEDA'S corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. She has been styling and transforming hair for over six years.

Stephanie (Owner of element)

Stephanie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has an Associate's degree in Massage Therapy from Columbus State and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Stephanie owns element with her sister and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and welcome.
